The Problem

The client needed a mobile food-ordering app that worked equally well on iOS and Android, with secure payments, fast checkout, and a smooth flow from product selection to order confirmation.

The Solution

I built and shipped the app with React Native (Expo), owning everything from architecture to release on the App Store and Google Play. I integrated Stripe for secure payments (card, Apple Pay, saved payment methods) and Google Sign-In (OAuth) for authentication on both platforms. I implemented the entire ordering flow end-to-end — cart, delivery address with geolocation, pay-in-store option, and order/payment confirmation — backed by a REST API. I also handled release engineering and store compliance (version/build management, App Store submission, Google Play Data Safety declarations).
